On March 29th, 2021, the kick-off meeting of the project “nEU Citizenship” took place via the online platform “Zoom”. The team members from both Greek organizations, Youthmakers Hub and Ecogenia, had the chance to discuss the project’s goalsetting and share their expectations for the project. 

After the opening introduction, each activity of the programme was presented and discussed in detail, which led to an exchange of opinions about the project and its implementation. 

This online meeting was the last exchange of views between the organizations before the start of the project, as the first activity, a physical training in Dorida, Greece, will take place in May 2022. The training will engage youth from Greece to learn and share their knowledge regarding active citizenship and sustainable solutions. In the kick-off meeting, the two organizations established the bases of a very promising collaboration, aiming to promote civic engagement through sustainable development and digitalization.
